Three (3) days after receiving my second shot, I began to feel nauseous. Shortly after, diarrhea began and lasted for 24 hours. Then, I began to have the chills and a migraine-like headache. The migraine is still continuing past 24 hours.

Abdominal pain Vomiting

Symptomtext

Severe abdominal pain; Vomiting; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 50-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EN6198) via an unspecified route of administration in the right arm on 26Feb2021 at 10:15 (at the age of 50-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included COVID-19. Prior to vaccination, the patient was diagnosed with COVID-19. Concomitant medications included ascorbic acid (VITAMIN C) and colecalciferol (VITAMIN D3), both from unknown date for unknown indication and unknown if ongoing. The patient previously received erythromycin (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) on unknown date for unknown indication and experienced drug allergy. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. On 26Feb2021 at 13:15, the patient experienced severe abdominal pain and vomiting. The events did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, and emergency room/department or urgent care. Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of the events. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The clinical outcome of the events severe abdominal pain and vomiting was recovered on an unknown date in Feb2021. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Symptomtext

Approximately a week to 10 days after the second dose (Feb. 23, 2021), I began experiencing severe tendon pain in my legs, resulting in difficulty walking. The tendon issues have continued and I am treating them with physical therapy, ice, Tylenol, rest and massage. The condition is improving - after 4 months.

Pain on injection site with fever at night on the first day. Right arm pain has not subsided until now (3/19/2021). I have ROM but there is a lingering muscular pain??? Pain with certain movement such as raising Right arm or swinging the right arm.

Got shingles 2 weeks after covid vaccine; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient herself) via COVID-19 Adverse Event Self-Reporting Solution. A 46 years old non -pregnant female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, Lot Number: 6198) via an unspecified route, administered in Left Arm on 22Feb2021 at 14:15 (46-year-old at vaccination) as a Dose number unknown, Single for COVID-19 immunization. The patient was non-pregnant at time of vaccination. The patient medical history was not reported. No known allergies was reported. The patient's concomitant medication(s) included semaglutide (OZEMPIC), bupropion hydrochloride (WELLBUTRIN) within two weeks of vaccination. Vaccination Facility type was reported as Other. The patient was not diagnosed with Covid prior vaccination. The patient had not received any other vaccine in four weeks prior vaccination. On 03Mar2021 (2 weeks after covid vaccine), the patient had experienced shingles. These adverse event resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department or urgent care visit. The patient received Lyrica, acyclovir as treatment medication for the event. The patient had not tested for Covid post vaccination. The outcome of the event shingles was recovering. No follow-up attempts are required. No further information is expected.
