1st vaccine triggered anterior uveitis in both of my eyes, 3 days after 1st shot. 3 days after the second shot, it got significantly worse and I knew what it was. I went to the ophthalmologist on the 4th day. After the 2nd shot. I?ve had it once before in 2014. I was sent for autoimmune panels for both instances, and did not have any abnormal results in my blood work.

A 41-year-old male patient received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: 8734) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 29Mar2021 at 18:15 (at the age of 41-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included meniere's disease and anxiety. The patient did not have any allergies to food, medications, or other products. Concomitant medication included hydrochlorothiazide, triamterene (TRIAMTERENE HCTZ). Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. On 29Mar2021 at 22:00, 4 hours after injection, the patient started feeling tingling in feet (pins and needles) and lower calves, the patient had swelling in calves two days later on 31Mar2021. Swelling subsided but tingling in feet persisted a week later. It was accompanied with swollen lymph nodes in groin area on an unknown date in Mar2021. Tingling increased with physical activity such as walking or temperature changes (hot shower etc). The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office or clinic visit. The patient did not receive any treatment for the events. The clinical outcome of the event swelling in calves (calf swelling) was recovered on an unknown date in 2021. The clinical outcome of the events swollen lymph nodes and tingling in feet and lower claves were not recovered at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

The day of the first shot, I developed soreness in my arm, headache, fatigue. The next day, my side effects continued and worsened. On 4/4/21, my symptoms continued and I developed more fatigue, fever, nausea, chills, early period, and abdominal pain. On 4/5/21, these side effects continued and the abdominal pain increased. On 4/6/21, ER determined that I developed acute appendicitis. My appendix ruptured and I had to have an appendectomy.

A 41-year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), dose 2 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Left Arm on 05Apr2021 11:00 (Lot Number: 8734), at the age of 41-years at vaccination, as SINGLE DOSE for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included asthma, mild heart murmur, 1 instance of resolved heart failure from postpartum preeclampsia in 2017, uveitis in both eyes, occurred between Nov2013-May2014. Historical vaccine includes dose 1 of BNT162B2 received on 15Mar2021 10:00am on left arm (Lot number: En6208). The patient is not pregnant at the time of vaccination. Concomitant medications included azelastine; ciclosporin (RESTASIS); cetirizine hydrochloride (ZYRTEC); propranolol, all were taken for unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. The patient previously took Vicodin and experienced itching; Advil and experienced hives. On 07Apr2021 16:00, patient experienced anterior uveitis in left eye, diagnosed by opthalmologist on 08Apr2021. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included body mass index: 30. The outcome of the event was not recovered. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result for the event which includes Prednisolone AC 1% Eye Drop. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

I had covid19 last March 2020 and after I recovered I developed tinnitus in my right ear that is still a problem for me today. The ringing level was at a 4-5 range before and immediately after the 1st Pfizer vaccine shot on 4/4/21, the ringing level went to a 9-10 and is still at that current level today after almost 3 weeks.
