Shortness of breath while speaking was noted, slight elevation in pulse rate 100-113 bpm, flushed appearance. Employee/student was instructed to not obtain vaccines outside provider office due to reactions and adverse affects noted. Student agreed to remain on site under observation for 30 minutes or until the end of classroom time. Student refused to seek medical attention at the local hospital.
