3 weeks after the second covid shot I started getting abnormal heart beats with heavy palpitations. As weeks progressed symptoms changed. I started getting chest pain, stinging and burning senstations throughout my body. Leg pain and numbness in my legs, arms, and hands. As months progressed I started getting burning sensations in my head, with weird neurological headaches. I also wasn't able to swallow at times and my mouth would get dry. I would also get brain fog and hard to focus at times. I would get dissy if I turned and focused. Almost 6 months in and I'm still not recovered. I still have heart palpitations, and abnormal heart beats. Weird headaches and burning sensations througout my body with chest pain at times.

Numbness, tingling, and swelling in arms and swelling at the injection site for several days. Around April 24, 2021, I began experiencing swelling and moderate pain in my left hip around the surgery scar (hip surgery 2020). This muscle swelling and pain continues, particularly in the morning. Medical appointments My general physician twice and my orthopedic surgeon once because of these problems. They assess the inflammation to be an autoimmune response.

3 hours after vaccine, he experienced acute symptoms - dizziness, lightheadedness (described as room spinning around), anxiety (not problematic before), profuse sweating, feeling of doom, nausea/wretching, pronounced shaking. called 911, taken by ambulance to ER, prior symptoms continued in varying intensity for the next 3 - 4 hours. He was given IV fluids, antibiotics, then admitted to the hospital. He had loss of balance, continued lightheadedness, loss of appetite. Hospitalized for 3 days. Went home with a walker (not used before). He gradually improved over a two week period.

right after the injection, I felt a stiffening sensation in my jaw on the right side, about 1 hour later I started to feel a pressure on both of my temples and developed a migraine headache over night, the migraine intensified the following day, I felt nausea and vomitted for couple of hours during the evening on the second day following the vaccination. I have also felt pain in the site of the vaccination and the area was warm. The headache lasted for 5 days and I felt fatigued for 10 days following the vaccination.

Within 5 minutes nausea and tightness of chest started. The nurse gave me Zofran for nausea. After 30 minutes I seemed to be fine. On the way home i started severe coughing and bronchial spasm. I went home and took benadryl which stopped it. I took another dose that night. I was fine until 3/17/2021 within minutes of arriving at work I started severe cough, tightness of chest and wheezing. I took cetirizine. After 45 minutes cough stopped. I continued to take cetirizine for 2 weeks and a very old prescription of Singulair. I had not had any severe allergy symptoms for 11 years. I was back on all foods except 2. During this 2 weeks I had to go back off all know allergy foods. After the 2 weeks

At approximately two and half hours after dose extreme headache every hour for 1min. Took Ibuprophen. Night sweats, no chill or fever. Following morning headache continued. Took Ibuprophen. Very congested but that may have been from the allergy from the pollen. Sore arm with slight bump. Very fatigue after 5:30 pm. Woke up to another bout of night sweats, 3"x1-1/2" rash bump 1 inch below injection site. Very tender left armpit extending to left outside breast. Will continue to monitor site and will report to physician if symptom continue to worsen. Pictures were taken on my phone for comparison.
