Symptomtext

Initial symptoms became noticeable about 2 weeks (around the second week of APR 21) after second dose of vaccine. Symptoms began as a drop in strength and endurance. These continued until about mid AUG 21 when my strength and endurance got so bad that I could not run and my strength significantly. Fatigue was a major issue and also inflammation in all my joints and lower back. A small tendon tear also occurred in my left arm during this time period as well which required physical therapy. The inflammation in my knees also resulted in my requiring physical therapy for my knees as well which also became so bad that I had to submit and was approved for a running profile. The inflammation was so bad and consistent that I was using a prescribed anti-inflammatory (Diclofenac Sodium) which resulted in kidney issues. I am no longer able to use NSAIDs and the joint pain is constant and limits my normal activities to the point that I am barely able to do some of the activities that I usually do or that are required for my job. Strength and Endurance have not returned to normal levels at this time and due to limitations caused by the increased inflammation in my joints, it is unlikely that they will do so.

Symptomtext

Began noticing symptoms of heart arrhythmia (fluttering, palpitating, etc.) including mild shortness of breath during workouts within several months of getting the vaccine. Was scheduled for mild outpatient procedure late November 2022 which was delayed as EKG showed heart was out of rhythm and termed "A-Flutter." Had the cardio-version shock performed 12-21-22 to shock heart back into rhythm. Had also started taking Tamsulosin shortly after getting vaccinated so this may have also been a contributor. I cannot be certain as to the primary cause but never had these symptoms (arrhythmia) prior to this time frame. My heart seems to have stayed in rhythm based upon home monitoring but still notice mild symptoms.
