redness; itchiness; rash under the neck; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of ERYTHEMA (redness), PRURITUS (itchiness) and RASH (rash under the neck) in a 70-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 023MDUA) for COVID-19 vaccination. Concurrent medical conditions included Hypertension. Concomitant products included AMLODIPINE and LOSARTAN for Hypertension. On 24-Feb-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 25-Feb-2021, the patient experienced ERYTHEMA (redness), PRURITUS (itchiness) and RASH (rash under the neck). At the time of the report, ERYTHEMA (redness), PRURITUS (itchiness) and RASH (rash under the neck) outcome was unknown. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) was unknown. Treatment information was not provided.
