Systemic: bruising below biscep and complaint using arm-Mild, Additional Details: patient arrived for his 2nd moderna dose (28 days after 1st) and had a bruise below the biscep and above elbow fold - patient states that is were he received the orginal vaccine and he has had the bruise and can barely use his arm since and he is a mechanic. patient was very negative receiving his second dose of the vaccine
