restlessness; Lightheadedness; Diarrhea; slept all day; sensation and taste in her mouth was different; chills; Headache; very fatigued; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of RESTLESSNESS (restlessness), DIZZINESS (Lightheadedness), DIARRHOEA (Diarrhea), SOMNOLENCE (slept all day) and TASTE DISORDER (sensation and taste in her mouth was different) in a 52-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 0U1B21A) for COVID-19 vaccination. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. No Medical History information was reported. On 29-Mar-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 29-Mar-2021, the patient experienced HEADACHE (Headache) and FATIGUE (very fatigued). On 30-Mar-2021, the patient experienced RESTLESSNESS (restlessness), DIZZINESS (Lightheadedness), DIARRHOEA (Diarrhea), SOMNOLENCE (slept all day), TASTE DISORDER (sensation and taste in her mouth was different) and CHILLS (chills). The patient was treated with PARACETAMOL (TYLENOL) at an unspecified dose and frequency. At the time of the report, RESTLESSNESS (restlessness), DIZZINESS (Lightheadedness), DIARRHOEA (Diarrhea), SOMNOLENCE (slept all day), TASTE DISORDER (sensation and taste in her mouth was different), HEADACHE (Headache), FATIGUE (very fatigued) and CHILLS (chills) had not resolved. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) was unknown. Concomitant product use was not provided by the reporter. Treatment medication included Tylenol for symptom alleviation.
