I've always had issues with dry eyes and had to have my tear ducts closed surgically in order to prevent loss of the tears I was able to produce naturally. After the vaccine, my eyes started to tear constantly to the point where I have a hard time reading and driving. My doctor prescribed a mild steroid drop and told me to stay away from eye drops that contain preservatives. He said that he may have to reopen my tear ducts if there is no improvement. Since then, I have been tearing less. At my last visit, he said that I may have developed an allergy to the preservatives in the eye drops or it could've been the vaccine.
