Arthralgia Pain in jaw

Symptomtext

Patient received the vaccine in the Left deltoid on 10/6/23 around 4:30pm. He started having jaw pain approximately 3 days later and lasted about 6 weeks. He also experienced left shoulder pain lasting about 3 weeks. He no longer notices any left shoulder pain or jaw pain. He did not seek medical help.

Symptomtext

Patient complained of "normal, typical" soreness in left deltoid area the day after receiving Afluria Influenza vaccine. However, the soreness continued. Patient reported the persistent soreness on 11/3/23. She stated the affected area bothers her when she moves her arm in certain directions. She reports normal range of motion of shoulder. Denies any numbness/tingling to left arm. Denies any swelling to left deltoid area. She describes left deltoid as a muscular soreness equivalent to what one would feel after working out.

Tightness R upper back, tightness in chest, radiating pain into R neck, jaw & ear. Elevated blood pressure, diaphoresis. Went to Emergency Room. Event lasted approximately 60 minutes. Symptoms continued to come and go through evening and continued on 10/4/2023.
