Even with Rogaine and steroids, the balding was moving to the front of her head. She stopped taking the steroids because she couldn't stop eating). Concomitant medications included amlodipine taken for blood pressure abnormal from an unspecified start date and ongoing (has been taking amlodipine for a year or a year and a half); hydrochlorothiazide taken for swelling from an unspecified start date and ongoing (she retired in 2005 and may have started taking hydrochlorothiazide before she retired); dorzolamide hydrochloride, timolol maleate (DORZOLAMIDE HYDROCHLORIDE AND TIMOLOL MALEATE) taken for glaucoma from an unspecified start date and ongoing (been about a year that she has been using the Dorzolamide/Timolol); latanoprost taken for glaucoma from an unspecified start date and ongoing (has been using the Latanoprost for longer than she has been using the Dorzolamide/Timolol); acetylsalicylic acid (ASPIRIN (E.C.)) taken for an unspecified indication from an unspecified start date and ongoing (she has been taking an aspirin daily religiously for about 6 months); famotidine taken for gastrooesophageal reflux disease from an unspecified start date and ongoing (has been taking Famotidine for a couple of years); hydrocodone taken for pain from 2005 and ongoing. The events were described as everything went white: patient reported that everything went white in her vision while she was sitting and waiting after receiving her first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. She thought that it may have just been her glaucoma. The white out of her vision lasted for 5-10 seconds and then her vision returned to normal. Felt weak and sick: when she left the vaccination facility on 08Apr2021, the sun was beating down and she got real sick. She got into her friend's vehicle and upon arriving home, the patient was unable to get out of the car because she felt like she was about to faint.
