After the first course of Pfizer's vaccine, in three hours, I had a severe headache, sore arm, and was rather tired. I went to sleep for the rest of the day. 24 hours from the time of the injection, I still had a headache, so I went back to sleep. Eventually, at 48 hours after the injection, the headache, muscle soreness, and fatigue no longer lingered.
