Symptomtext
During the two weeks after the first injection the Left shoulder continued with pain and increased in pain. during these same two weeks he noticed gradual and increasing arm weakness and numbness in the outer arm and forearm to the hand. The weakness is so severe that he could not bend the elbow to lift (flexion)the hand up, nor lift the shoulder forward or out.(no flexion or abduction). no new symptoms in the Right arm or either leg. there is severe atrophy of the proximal musculature of the left shoulder and upper arm.
