Medical history included type 2 diabetes mellitus from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing DMII, hypothyroidism from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing hypothyroid, metabolic syndrome from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing, polycystic ovaries from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing PCOS. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, has the patient has not been tested for COVID-19.
