A 33-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EU0181) via an unspecified route of administration on an unknown date (at the age of 33-years-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On an unknown date, the injection site was swollen, red, and warm to touch. It was about 3 inches x 4 inches. There was a lump on the site. The events did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department or urgent care. The clinical outcome of the event injection site was swollen, red, and warm to touch, lump on the site was unknown at the time of report. No follow-up attempts are possible.
