Symptomtext
Reaction within minutes, described as if she was given morphine. Dizziness and slurred speech right away. Both arms started being uncoordinated. Within two hours there was extreme pain in both arms and paralysis and pain on the left side of the body. Slurred speech got worse. Trouble walking. Went to Hospital by about 4:30 PM. Dr decided to try an allergic reaction cocktail, ask hospital for specifics. Saline drip and a cocktail put her to sleep for a few hours. She did need to be put on oxygen for a little while. By about 10:30 she was able to talk more clearly and walk better. They sent us home with instructions to have her take 20 - 50 mg of Benadryl every 6 hours as needed for the next couple of days.
