This individual called and stated she received this first Pfizer vaccine at the facility where she worked. About two months after receiving this vaccine she noticed tingling in her left hand, feels like it fell asleep. She received her second Pfizer vaccine in her right arm on 1/12/21, same lot number and again in about two months stated she starting having tingling in her right hand as well. She also has swollen lymph nodes in right arm pit. Currently both hands feel tingly and occasional feel like they have fallen asleep. Denies any other lingering side effects. States at the time of vaccination she had a tender arm(s) after injection and then nothing until the tingling showed about two months after each injection.
