Symptomtext
Large area (approx 8cm x10 cm) of redness, induration at injection site, pain, tender to palpation noticed in afternoon, approx. 1730 on day of injection. Continuing through post-injection day 1 and 2 with decrease in size/induration and pain on day 3 but with general myalgia primarily in lower extremities. No fever or chills.
