Itching and rash on left and right forearms.; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 58-year-old female patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: EUR87127)as a single dose via unspecified route of administration on 17Mar2021 at 12:00 PM (at the age of 58-year-old) for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient medical history included shrimp and raspberries allergy. Concomitant medications included losartan (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), flexeril (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), ibuprophen 800 (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), clonidine (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) had taken within two weeks of vaccination. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested positive for COVID-19. It was reported that the patient did not received any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. On 18Mar2021 at 12:00 PM, the patient experienced itching and rash on left and right forearms, left arm worse than right arm. The patient had received cortisone cream as treatment for the event. The clinical outcome of itching and rash on left and right forearms was not recovered at the time of report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.
