scared this morning because my wife was like kinda struggling with this pain/chest pain; can't sleep; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP) from medical information team. A 30 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 02Feb2022 (Lot number: FU5683) at the age of 30 years as dose 3 (booster), single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "fatty liver" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Start & stop maybe 2018/2019, she was either pregnant/trying to get pregnant with 2nd kid. There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose 1, single, Lot: EW0169, NDC/Expiry: Unknown, not on CDC vaccine record card., Dose: Unknown strength/volume/dose injection to left arm), administration date: 15Apr2021, when the patient was 29 years old, for Covid-19 immunization; Bnt162b2 (Dose 2, single, Lot: EW0168, NDC/Expiry: Unknown, not on CDC vaccine record card., Dose: Unknown strength/volume/dose injection to left arm), administration date: 06May2021, when the patient was 29 years old, for Covid-19 Immunization, reaction(s): "Pain to left hand which radiated to her chest", "Shortness of breath", "Costochondritis", "Diabetes", "Chest pain", "Can't sleep", "Abdominal or stomach pain: they figured her endometrium was thickened", "Heavy bleeding when she has her period", "Periods last longer than 7 days", "Very painful periods", "Dilation and curettage (D&C)", "inflammation of the rib", "troponin is high", "stress", "my pain is to my let hand, and to the neck, started to feel some numbness in the fingertips", "my pain is to my let hand, and to the neck, started to feel some numbness in the fingertips". The following information was reported: CHEST PAIN (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "scared this morning because my wife was like kinda struggling with this pain/chest pain"; INSOMNIA (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "can't sleep". Additional information: Reporter got scared this morning because his wife was like kinda struggling with this pain, and she started reading and she told him like 70 percent death rate with these symptoms, and it is alarming and making him worry too much right now". The reason he called today is that the patient was reading that 70% of people who have this condition do not survive, but Medical Information Team agent is not sure what that condition is. Patient chest pain became more frequent and worse in the night after the third dose or booster dose of COVID Vaccine was administered. She can't sleep relative to the Chest pain. She is struggling with this pain. Patient weight was probably around 87-89kg currently. Sometimes she gets up to 90kg; but generally stays around 85-87-89kg. Patient does not have a primary or health care provider yet. Caller was trying to get her scheduled to start with a primary care doctor next week. Caller verified that there are no concomitant products to provide for this report, she was not on any medication, was not even on diabetes medication yet. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
