A 33-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Right arm on 06Mar2021 11:00 AM (Batch/Lot Number: GU 6199, Lot unknown: False) as 1ST DOSE, SINGLE DOSE for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history was not reported. There were no concomitant medications. Patient was not pregnant. Patient did not receive any vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. No known allergies reported. Other medical history: No. Prior to vaccination patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The patient experienced some pain and soreness in lymph nodes in groin area, collarbone area and elbow area on right side of body on 06Mar2021 12:00 PM. Adverse event: Some pain and soreness in lymph nodes in groin area, collarbone area and elbow area on right side of body. Doesn't feel swollen to the touch, just pain without touching. The pain is mild. The patient did not receive any treatment for the event. Facility type vaccine: Pharmacy or Drug Store.
