RECEIVED 1ST COVIS-19 VACCINE \ ON 01/21/2021 AT 3:00PM. AT ~ 4:45PM STARTED FEELING DIZZY, LIGHT HEADED, JOINT AND BONES HURT, WAS NAUSEOUS WITH LIGHT HEADACHE. SLIGHT FATIGUE. Went to sleep hoping after 24hrs it would subside. reactions continued through Monday 01/25/2021 and did not worsen but did not get better. Continued to feel dizziness, fatigue, light headedness, joints and bones felt achy, mild nausea but did not throw-up. Do not feel confident driving or walking outside the I may pass out. Sent Msg to PCP this afternoon, pending response
