HRS A04UBZIA) for COVID-19 vaccination. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. No medication history was provided. Concomitant products included SIMVASTATIN, OXYBUTYNIN, acyclovir, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, CITALOPRAM, LOSARTAN, Albuterol sulfate inhaler, Estradiol Insert, Aspirin and PARACETAMOL (TYLENOL). On 12-Apr-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1. On 12-Apr-2021, the patient experienced PAIN (pain in areas of her body where she previously had injuries such as surgery or injury in lower back and right leg), BACK PAIN (Pain in areas of her body where she previously had injuries such as surgery or injury in lower back and right leg), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Pain in areas of her body where she previously had injuries such as surgery or injury in lower back and right leg), ANAL INCONTINENCE (Bowel incontinence) and LIMB DISCOMFORT (Arm where she had skin cancer has been bothering). On an unknown date, the patient experienced FATIGUE (fatigue), COUGH (coughing) and VOMITING (vomiting).
