Symptomtext

I was having coughing, shortness of breath, and fatigued. This lasted for about a day and a half until I could get in to see my doctor. The doctor said it was a respiratory infection I was given an antibiotic, cough medicine and in haler. I sleep for the next few days and then I started to recover.

Patient reports his symptoms initially started on Tuesday (11/9) with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. He reports that he first began to feel his heart race yesterday morning (11/13). He states that his pulse has remained elevated from 163-165 bpm since he had first noticed the symptoms. Patient also reports that he has not been able to take any of his medications since yesterday. He states that it has been hard to maintain p.o. intake.
