Immune Thrombocytopenia Purpura diagnosed on 9/14/21 in pediatric office. Referred to Medical Center for lab tests. All WNL with exception of platelets at 4000. Was seen by pediatric hematologist, Dr. on 9/16/21, confirming diagnosis of ITP.
