Information regarding the patient's concurrent conditions, medical history, or concomitant medications was not provided. On 22-NOV-2022, the was vaccinated with rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ) oral liquid at a dose of 2ml orally (vaccination scheme frequency was not provided; valid lot number U026661 with expiration date of 22-JAN-2022). The patient vomited up the first dose of the vaccine (vomiting of medication, accidental underdose); therefore, she was administered another dose rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ) oral liquid at a dose of 2ml orally (valid lot number U026661 with expiration date of 22-JAN-2022) (extra dose administered).
