Symptomtext

Patient came in to treatment room for 4 year old vaccination update. I gave patient MMRV, D tap, Polio. I documented and realized patient had already received 2 varicella vaccinations. I discussed with pediatrician she stated patient had received an extra dose of varicella and that there was no harm done. I proceeded to call patient's mother advised patient received an extra dose of varicella. Mother stated patient was doing fine and it was ok.
