Inbound call from HCP stating that ROTATEQ and VAQTA may have been administered during and after a supported temp excursion.; No additional AE details; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant regarding an unknown number of patients of unknown age and gender. Their medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, improperly stored vaccine doses of rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ) and hepatitis a vaccine, inactivated (VAQTA) underwent a temperature excursion of 50.2 degrees Fahrenheit (F) for about 8 hours and 30 minutes without previous excursions. On a unknown date, the patients were vaccinated with improper storage doses of rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (ROTATEQ) lot #W011278, expiration date: 01-NOV-2023, lot #U037815, expiration date 28-MAY-2023, taken orally (dosage regimen, and route of administration were not provided) administered as prophylaxis; and hepatitis a vaccine, inactivated (VAQTA) lot #W002894, expiration date: 06-MAR-2023, lot #W006214, expiration date: 04-MAR-2023 (dosage regimen, anatomical location, and route of administration were not provided) administered as prophylaxis (Product storage error).
