Vertigo; Nausea; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer (subsequently medically confirmed) and describes the occurrence of VERTIGO (Vertigo) and NAUSEA (Nausea) in a 73-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. U25620A) for COVID-19 vaccination. The patient's past medical history included No adverse event. On 08-Jan-2021, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 12-Jan-2021, the patient experienced VERTIGO (Vertigo) and NAUSEA (Nausea). At the time of the report, VERTIGO (Vertigo) and NAUSEA (Nausea) outcome was unknown. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) was unknown.
