Symptomtext

Mom states she noticed patient tilt forward while sitting on the exam table. No LOC but did faint and dizzy. Patient was laid down by MA. Patient was pale. He was oriented. Then able to sit up and take some sips of water. He laid down again after about 5 min of sitting up . about 10 min later, able to walk to waiting room where he sat for about 10 min. BP checks during this time showed improving systolic BP. Patient was able to ambulate on his own.
