Had anxiety prior to dose and still had some that evening. Did not sleep well that night and up at 5am- felt like I was on a diet pill or allergy med that causes my heart to race- I cant take any medications like that- resting heart rate between 90-100 for the next 36 plus hours- did not sleep at all on Tuesday night- lay in bed with resting heart rate all night between 90-100- different than when I have anxiety/same as when I take a medication that makes my heart race-wide awake and out of bed at 6am- I felt off all day on Tuesday as well- went to PCP on Wednesday- she was unsure if the event was from the vaccine or anxiety- I know it was not anxiety- exhausted Wednesday night after not sleeping 36 hours- slept well and felt ok the next day- concerned the second does will cause my heart to race even more as I have heard initial adverse event can be compounded- having much anxiety about second shots and fear of taking it- considering skipping second dose
