terrible headache; slight fever; chills; body aches; she only felt sore arm; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of VACCINATION SITE PAIN (she only felt sore arm), HEADACHE (terrible headache), PYREXIA (slight fever), CHILLS (chills) and MYALGIA (body aches) in a 49-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. U58H212) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. there was no parental vaccine exposure. The patient's past medical history included Sickness (On 3Jan2020 she was so sick for a week, she assumed was flu, but she never felt so sick in her life) on 03-Jan-2020. Concurrent medical conditions included Seasonal allergy. On 02-Dec-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 02-Dec-2021, after starting mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine), the patient experienced VACCINATION SITE PAIN (she only felt sore arm). On 05-Jan-2022, the patient experienced HEADACHE (terrible headache), PYREXIA (slight fever), CHILLS (chills) and MYALGIA (body aches). At the time of the report, VACCINATION SITE PAIN (she only felt sore arm), HEADACHE (terrible headache), PYREXIA (slight fever), CHILLS (chills) and MYALGIA (body aches) had resolved. DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS (normal ranges are provided in parenthesis if available): On an unknown date, SARS-CoV-2 test: Negative and Negative. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Unknown Route) was unknown. For mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Unknown Route), the reporter did not provide any causality assessments. Patient received her 1st Moderna dose of the primary series on 02 Dec 2021, and she only felt sore arm during 1 day. On 4Jan 2022 her husband (not previously vaccinated) tested positive to COVID-19. On 5 Jan 2022 she experienced COVID symptoms like terrible headache, slight fever, chills and body aches during 3 days, but she tested negative to COVID-19 twice.
