She reports that immediately after vaccine was administered, she felt left arm pain, couldn't breath well, with blurry vision. She was observed in the office, and her symptoms improved, but states her blurry vision (resolved next day) and arm pain persisted. Her mother drove her home from the appointment that day. 1-2 days later, she reports that she developed severe headaches that were nearly daily for 3 months, and since then has intermittent headaches that require ibuprofen. She felt her throat was swollen and she felt "immobile" for a week after the vaccine was given and was unable to participate in volleyball at the time.
