The original narrative from the sender is as follows: 2 month patient was given ProQuad instead of Prevnar. The wrong vaccine was ordered. On 8-03-2022 the physician called the mother of the patient and explained that the baby had received the wrong vaccine. Explained that side effects include fever, soreness at the injection site and rash. Current illness included Congenital torticollis. No known allergies. The causal relationship between Vaxelis and the events, "2 month patient was given ProQuad instead of Prevnar" and "2 month patient was given ProQuad instead of Prevnar.
