Symptomtext
Pt. began to state that he felt off on Saturday morning. He continued to report that he felt bad off and on throughout the weekend/ He cam e home from school Monday with a migraine headache (left sided) for the first time. He continued to feel off and told mother his heart was racing on Tuesday evening. Mother took apical pulse with stethoscope and heart rate was >200. Reported to ED and EKG showed SVT. Pt. was able to self-convert through vagal maneuvers and was released home after lab work came back unremarkable.
