lightheadedness, dizziness immediately after vaccination; patient lay on exam table for 30 minutes after vaccination. once assessed as clinically stable, sent home. within 2 hours of receiving vaccine, developed nausea, intractable vomiting, weakness, diaphoresis. was returned to clinic where vital signs and initial assessment and evaluation/treatment performed., increase in fever 100.4 F to tmax 101.3F, lower back pain. Brother received same vaccines without any incident.
