Per PCP clinic note 9/7/22: "Annular skin lesions-patient has a new skin lesion explosions over his shin abdomen for over the past 6 months getting worse. No pus drainage no fevers. No pets at home." He was started on triamcinolone cream. 2/24/23 he followed up in clinic with progressive symptoms and was diagnosed with plaque psoriasis and started on benadryl cream as well. He was referred to dermatology and saw them in clinic 3/28/23. He has stopped taking all other prescription medications for several months 2/2 financial limitation, but the rash persisted. He was diagnosed with psoriasis and given no new medications. 4/2 he was admitted to the hospital migratory pain complaints. Admitting MD noted "Patient's rash ranges from nonblanching somewhat petechial rash almost resembles small hemangiomas to areas where it is confluent and the skin is actually breaking down. " He was admitted to treat possible autoimmune vasculitis, with confirmatory labs pending.
