Symptomtext

My mother developed severe muscle aches, severe headaches (worse than prior), generalized malaise. Went to her doctor who ordered several labs including ESR and CRP which were extremely elevated. Saw rheumatology who thought she had polymyalgia rheumatica and later on giant cell arteritis and currently is on high-dose steroids.
