Symptomtext
10.11.23 - pt presents to clinic for puncture wound on foot from 9.29.13 and was having redness and pain. Temp was 37.5 C. Pt received TDap at clinic approx @ 9am. Pt left clinic and within 20 min was feeling extremely warm and had severe headache . Patient went home to rest and fever elevated to 102F per mother. Mother gave ibuprofen and dose of Cephalexin 250mg by mouth at approx 12:20 pm. Mother took patient to ER @12:50pm. Upon arrival to ER, Temp was 39.1C HR 132 Resp 30. Tylenol 450mg given at 1330 by ER staff.
