Symptomtext

Patient had flu shot on 10/25. Immediately felt "flushed" and developed a headache. Headache lasted a week, and then (11/1) she developed emotional lability and then seizure-like activity (tonic clonic full body movements). Was hospitalized 11/1-11/3. EEG and neurology consult pending. (History of hemorrhagic stroke with seizure activity in 8/2013, 10 years ago)

Symptomtext

Patient developed severe foot pain on 10/07/23, was unable to complete the shift. Went to Urgent care , they recommended a specialist. On 10/08/23 the pain radiated to the rest of the body, and was immobilizing. 10/11/23 Patient saw the primary care doctor , he prescribed medication for pain and inflammation and ordered spinal Tap, witch was negative. 10/14/23 patient went with the ambulance to the ER and they prescribed more medication for pain and inflammation. Returned to the doctor 10/17/23 who kept patient on the same medication. The doctor did not give patient any diagnosis. the Blood results showed normal limits for inflammatory levers. At this time 10/19/23 patient had a f-up appointment on 10/26/23, the doctor advised and excused her to stay home from work until the 26th of October.

Symptomtext

Patient had flu vaccine administered 10/18/23 in right deltoid. Patient has raised , red area measuring 1 inch x 1.5 inches , tender to touch, warm. ? this reaction started a few hours after vaccination.
