Symptomtext

Patient received vaccine and was standing behind me while I administered a vaccine to her mother. The patient then fainted while my back was turned, falling on the floor and hitting her head. This resulted in a bump on her forehead, but no blood.

Symptomtext

Possible Oculo-Repsiratory Syndrom as described in studies in early 2000s. Vaccine at 7pm, went to sleep a bit after 8pm. Woke up at midnight - eye discharge, chest a bit tight, throat a bit hoarse. Took 200mg ibuprofen and hot shower and went back to bed. Woke up again at 7am - swelling of eyelids and green eye discharge OU, voice hoarse (no throat pain), mild nasal congestion with no discharge, slight wheeze on deep breath, slight urge to for soft cough a couple of times, lethargic / tired, mild pain at injection site. Did not take temperature. COVID-19 test (at home Elisa) negative. Feeling a bit better now at 11am at time of reporting. Patient (I) wear KN-95 most of the time so unlikely other viral or bacterial infection.

Symptomtext

Patient states noticing red bumps that look like bites along back, thighs, and now going down legs toward feet. Does not look like in a particular pattern. States they are not itchy but starting to have some pain. Didn't notice them until the morning after the shot. Doesn't look like shingles (not following dermatomes and not one side of trunk nor blistering) and patients states wasn't out where could have chiggers nor believes it is from bed bug bites. Patient states no having reactions to flu shots in past. Has not had any new medications, no changes to clothing/detergent/soap. When they talked to dr they advised pt to use hydrocortisone and observe for now and follow up if they are still there.
