Symptomtext
10/2/21-Patient received high-dose influenza vaccine at drive through clinic. Next day, developed arm pain that continued to worsen over several months. At first intermittent and then persistent. Weakness when pain is worst, but no loss of ROM. Interferes with sleep. Sought treatment 2/28/22- Exam: Palpation: Significant point tenderness over posterior border of the deltoid approximately 5 cm from humeral head ROM: Intact throughout, significant pain with internal rotation Strength: 5 out of 5 however patient unable to tolerate liftoff
