An 81-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 07Jun2022 as dose 4 (booster), single (Lot number: UAG15344) at the age of 81 years for covid-19 immunization. The patient's relevant medical history included: "osteoporosis" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: she has osteoporosis and arthritis. she had for 30 years prior Pfizer Covid shots and booster.; "arthritis" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: she has osteoporosis and arthritis. she had for 30 years prior Pfizer Covid shots and booster.; "bad alpha-gal" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: has allergy to meat byproducts, only meat safe is chicken, turkey and fish.; "heart attack symptoms" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Stated that she had heart attack symptoms and ended up in the ER.; "Stated that they are environmental allergies." Stated that the osteoporosis orthopedic surgeon. she has very bad osteoporosis and arthritis. she had this for 30 years prior to the Pfizer Covid shots and booster. Stated that they wanted to do injections. she has bad alpha-gal which is if one gets bitten by a certain tick that she guessed that is what happened it causes one to has allergy to anything with any meat byproducts in it. she got this 3-4.5 years ago. Stated that the only meat that is safe is chicken, turkey and fish. Stated that if she takes medication because many medications have binding and gels in it from beef pork or lamb and so she could not get the injection this morning. Stated that she went to the pharmacy and was told to call Pfizer. Stated that injection is Ketorolac Tromethamine intravenous injection. she did not take the injection because if it has meat byproducts then she cannot take it. she had heart attack symptoms and ended up in the ER. Stated that she was not eating that much beef since she got sick. Stated that this was prior to Covid shots and boosters before they figured out what the reaction was. Stated that injection could kill her. she found out a lot of over the counter medications have ground up bone or beef or ground up gelatin from animals that get bitten by meat. she needed to talk with someone who knows if there are any meat biproducts in this particular drug Ketorolac Tromethamine intravenous injection. Is 81 years old. Stated that she had a light case of the flu to the Covid shot and second booster. Later clarified that it was only to the second Pfizer Covid booster. Stated that her arthritis has gotten so bad that she cannot carry her equipment. Stated that she had arthritis for a number of years prior to the Pfizer Covid shots and boosters. Stated that on 07Jul2020 before the Pfizer Covid shot and boosters were available that she shot a wedding and found out everyone came down with Covid and two weeks to the day after the wedding that she woke up sick as a dog for four weeks. Stated that her husband drove to doctor and did test and they always came back negative (2 tests). Stated that doctor felt like that maybe the tests were not accurate although being sent off to lab from doctor's office. Stated that she had allergies and took shots prior to getting the Pfizer Covid shot and boosters. Stated that she stopped the shots for them 15 years ago. No further details provided. Stated that she felt bad for a couple of days. Recovered completely. Treatment: Stated that she took an Excedrin for the headache. Stated that the headache upset her stomach. Stated that she had physical therapy for her shoulder that made it worst. Stated wanted to give her this injection that she wanted to find out if safe to take because of chemical makeup of it.
