By early evening I was in extreme pain trying to move my right arm. The person who gave me the shot insisted 2x that it was exztremely important for me to raise my right arm every hour on the hour. by 3:00 am I was crying and took Vicodan for the pain. I suffered thru Friday expecting to be better and on Saturday am I called the doctor's office and got an emergency appointment. I had also begun sever allergic symptoms with my face swelling (Glasses left dents in side of face) My ears were extremely red and hot to touch and the NP gave me a steroid shot for the allergies. She yelled at me for taking leftover pain medicine and stated Oh my God you have frozen Shoulder.

- Once the allergies disappeared I used a heating pad and pain medicine to get me thru the next week - I kept believing the pain would go away - after all it was a shot. NP had no solution when I saw her for the arm pain and was only concerned with yelling at me for taking Vicodan. The doctor's office called me on Monday and wanted for me to come in as they feared I would go into anaphalatic shock. I was not concerned with the allergies as they had subsided and I knew that I would not have throuble on that front. Covid began and no one was visiting the doctor's offices - I kept saying this has to go away and saw Healthcare Provider on 11/3/2021 and complained that my arm was still bothersome & we decided on Physical Therapy - Today I have persistent pain - have not had a night sleep where I do not wake up in the middle of the night with my arm hurting. Have motion issues, turning covers, caps opening gas grille, squeezing pruning sheers, raising heavy objects. I have adapted to use my left arm for lifting coffe cup and heavy drinks, I cannot throw a ball with my dog and use my left arm underhanded. I have been to Physical therapy, Orthopedic doctor and massage therapist. I continue to have persistent pain and have complained to the doctor's office several times. At this point I see no relief in my future.
