Symptomtext
2 incidents with a temporal relationship to rotavirus Rotateq vaccine; at 2 months and 4 months of age. Patient received 1st dose of Rotateq 11/9/20. Had blood and mucous in stool 3x on 11/11/20 within 24 hr period; resolved. Reveived 2nd dose of Rotateq on 1/6/21, Starting 1/7/21 patient had episodic periods of pain and fussiness with exhaustion. Would suddenly fall asleep and arouse again as fussy. Atypical spit up for this patient occurred. Pt was seen and imaged at urgent care and discharged home.
