Shoulder pain and ROM loss on L shoulder within days after vaccination - resulting in md visit and subsequent referral to surgeon/MRI in September of 2020. Pt still complains of pain in shoulder and range of motion limitations today.

Injection site reaction Rash pruritic Urticaria

Symptomtext

Narrative: Patient receive flu vaccine on 10/06/2020 and came in on 10/30/2020 complaining of an itchy rash at the injection site. Physician prescribed diphenhydramine for patient to take. Was still having itchy rash after visit. Seen by dermatology on 11/17/2020 and they prescribed cetirizine 20 mg daily instead to help with rash. Was seen again on 12/27/20 where patient reported that condition is improving. Symptoms: Rash, UrticariaPruritus & RASH Treatment: DIPHENHYDRAMINE 1 TAB QID Take one capsule by mouth every 6 hours as needed
