On November 2, patient states his arms became sore. The soreness became worse in the left arm before getting better over the last month, but still interferes with his sleep. The right arm is worse with decrease range of motion; it continues to be a 3-4/10 on the pain scale during the day and worsens at night to a 7-8/10 on the pain scale, as it disturbs his sleep during the night.
