Symptomtext
Patient presented to clinic with redness, swelling, and itching at the injection site. Patient was marked with a surgical marker and told to report to clinic if the redness spread outside of the marker and to take an antihistamine on 8 November. Patient reported to clinic on 14 November with less itching and swelling, but redness has spread outside of marker.
