Symptomtext
On evening of vaccines given patient had a fever of 105.0 degree F rectal. He had a seizure that lasted 15 minutes. Patient was taken to ER and left ER with a temperature of 97.2. As of today 6/14/23 he is still running a fever of 102.2 rectal. Parent advised to monitor closely, treat fever with tylenol and if he has another seizure that lasts longer then 5 minutes to call EMS.
