Symptomtext
The patient went to bed in her usual state of health around 930 or 10 PM on 11/20. She woke up 11/21 with slurred speech. She was unable to get out of bed. EMS mediately activated and noticed right-sided facial droop and right upper extremity weakness. In the ED she also has dizziness, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Vomiting is induced by movement. She endorses generalized body tingles, but not necessarily paresthesias. She has chronic unchanged constipation, last bowel movement yesterday. She denies chest pain, shortness of breath, diarrhea, melena, hematochezia, dysuria.

- CTA head and neck showed a right superior cerebellar artery occlusion and an area of wedge-shaped perfusion deficit in that region. Covid test negative. Labs unremarkable. Echo, CXR, brain MRI pending. All on 11/21/22. Currently admitted.
